Our Story

Pony Expresso started with two things our family loves: horses and bringing people together.

As a horse-show family, we spent countless weekends at barns, arenas, and events across the Midwest. Along the way, we realized that a great cup of coffee can make early mornings a little easier and long show days a lot more enjoyable.

What began as an idea soon became a passion project. We transformed a retired horse trailer into a one of a kind mobile coffee bar, creating a space that reflects our roots in the horse community while serving handcrafted drinks we are proud to share.

We started by serving horse shows and equestrian events, but quickly discovered that great coffee has a place everywhere. Today, Pony Expresso brings specialty coffee, espresso drinks, chai, refreshers, and friendly service to grad parties, weddings, festivals, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout Minnesota.

Whether we're parked at a horse show, celebrating a graduation, or serving guests at a special event, our goal remains the same: create a welcoming experience, serve exceptional drinks, and bring people together one cup at a time.
